Saturday June 7th, 2025 - 10:30am to 5pm - Volunteers Only Kayak Trip to the Brooklyn Bridge - We meet at LIC Boathouse at 4601 5th street at 10:30am sharp.

Saturday June 14th, 2025 - Urban Swim Pride Swim - We meet at LIC Boathouse at 6:30am at 4601 5th Street in Long Island City then travel together to Valentino Park in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Kick off the summer with an early morning paddle to accompany dozens of swimmers who will be participating in Urban Swim's annual Pride Swim. The swimmers need our help to keep a straight line along the course and this event raises funds for LIC Community Boathouse while we enjoy some scenery beyond our local waters. Intermediate boat handling skill, choppy water experience and advance registration are required for this event.
